I just watched the video for Lady Gaga's new single "Paparazzi" which got leaked ahead of time, causing her to throw a tantrum on Facebook. Anyway, there is a scene about halfway through it where she is getting out of a wheelchair wearing this metal cap and corset, which reminded me so much of one of the tortured girls from Pascal Laugier's movie Martyrs. For those who have not seen the movie, see my previous post about it, freaking awesome movie! Netflix that shit now!! For those have not seen the video check it out here. For those of you haven't seen either one, and don't want to, just look at this side-by-side comparison.



If you've seen the movie and "got it" you'll see that the similarities between lady gaga and Martyrs don't end here lol.

I just spent about an hour petting this random cat who comes to my deck to eat from the dog food bag we leave out there, it was so cute i want to adopt it! i left some milk and leftover carbonara for it...i don’t know if it was a boy or a girl...don’t really care, i still want to adopt it.
As most of you know by now, i got robbed on tuesday by two incredible stupid people who annoy you* like 6 houses up the street from my house! like seriously...i know i live in oakland, but COME ON!...i lost my cell phone and about 5 years worth of music...like you know when you listen to a song and you like it so much you just have to get it? i lost five years of those precious tunes.
Now i’m rebuilding my music library, because my computer (the only backup i had) was dead so when they took my mp3 player i lost everything forever...and ever...(I <3>
Since i had to make sure i had downloaded certain songs before anything else, i found this video, and since for an unexplained reason i love music in languages i don’t understand...here is my new favorite song:

As most of you know by now I have a new mp3 player because my beloved Zen micro passed away a couple of weeks ago after countless falls and other atrocities... I really fell in love with that thing...it was SOO cool when I first got it! It glew in the dark!! What more do you want?? And it was smaller, more versatile, and less popular than the iPod...but I guess it was already time to upgrade... So I bought this one!!

I can watch movies, listen to the radio(fm only), look at my pictures etc etc...too bad it can't have my babies...if it could i would be very happy...inside joke, sorry.

Anyway the title is written like that because I'm like IN LOVE with this comic strip called Pearls Before Swine....dark and cynical and funny...just like me!

Now everyone get in the Box O' Stupid people!

Danity Kane opened the show and it was cool how there were like a whole bunch of people on stage just moving chairs and mics around while this DJ/host was talking and then she said: the "ladies" of DK are backstage getting ready etc etc and then the people who were on stage took their uniforms off and it was them(DK)!!!
Then they sang that one song they have..Showstopper which is like my and flow's new anthem...then the Pussycat Dolls took the stage - My new Idols- and can i just say Nicole is freaking HOT?
Anyway then Christina's band started playing some random stuff and then she came from behind this screen while standing on top of some stairs with a whole bunch of dancers singing Ain't no other man...
I love how she did Lady Marmalade all by herself...it was SO cool!...She closed with Beautiful and Fighter...like my two favoritest songs!

lol...i'm a freak, I know.

I know it's probably very gay that I'm so excited about this concert, but like it's Christina Freaking Aguilera!! I might no be able to get near a computer tomorrow because i have a chemistry test on thursday and a trigonometry test tomorrow, for which I haven't studied nor do i plan to...I'm so stupid, I know.
So anyway, today was weird...psychology class was the same as usual; a substitute who is completly clueless, that stupid girl who won't shut up, and the crazy library lady. Then Chemistry was kinda blah! there was no lab today, just review for the exam, i didn't stay because i had some other stuff to do...like carry a funny looking bag loaded with hevay coins for like 3 blocks until my high school counselor saw me and told me my career choice was a bad one...nice one Barranco, Nice!
BTW about that guy...there was something familiar about him...like the great Jack McFarland said: "Remember when I told you that there was something about [Insert masculine name here] that I couldn't put my finger on? Well, I put my finger in it."

BTW...Babel is teh best movie ever!
It has:
1) People talking in spanglish
2) A naked japanese girl

Hehe...so what if I like this kind of music!? It's a free country!
As usually happens with most of the stuff I write in here, it all started while chatting with my "jor", we were talking about Justin Timberlake's new song Sexy Back -Which I still don't understand, He is bringing Sexy back 'cuz all the madre focas don't know how to act?...w/e- then we started talking about N*Sync, The Backstreet Boys, Westlife, the early 2000's etc etc...
After that we had our daily ADD moment -Brought to you by Pupuseria El lamento- somehow the topic came up again and I mentioned the A*Teens...you know that band from Sweden?...Anyway...we used to mock almost all of their singles during lunch and Floorfiller was our favorite! Why? Well because our choreography for that song was teh shit!
On a side note...It was bound to happen...and it did...
I found an RBD song I like ^.^...shoot me!

7:20 Pm...I'm not even halfway done with the first part of my philosophy final paper and I already have 5 pages, at least is due on wednesday....whoopee!
Thank...God? it'll all be over by thursday...My geometry class is so easy it bores me in just 5 minutes!
I still need to sign up for my fall classes, then I need to keep looking for a job...whoopee!

What else...Oh yeah i changed my layout! I really really love this one! The colors make a nice contrast and everything is so simple! I added a collage of pictures of my old friends from high school and other places...I even managed to find a picture where i don't look sleepy...

Auch...just auch!...My brain hurts...Turns out it was a bad idea to leave my homework for the last minute. I did about 400 problems today and I'm still not done!! I had to watch Univision for a while to feel human again. I had to watch it long enough to recover from all that Math but i had to be carefull not to overdose on the stupidity from that channel, otherwise i'd have gotten a stroke or something like that...
Hmm I need to add something to this blog...I know!!

Two hours ago I changed my major from journalism to phsycology...
Not that it makes a big difference now that i'm going to "U.C laney" -lmao- because i'll only have to take two different classes...
So anyway...Soraya died...she was awesome...I heard about it on the radio when I was coming home...and right when i log in to msn messenger a friend started to talk about it then we ended up talking about other artists like Fey...yeah...fey...
